  1. Read it. There are many good books on the phonetic basis of stores that sell supplies for teachers.
There are probably phonetic pages. If you spend up to $ 200, you should May Hooked on Phonics.
I bought a game for my daughter. We have the first book, and about five pages of the second book, when she decided it was not necessary, more Hooked on Phonics.
She is in her first year at college - Straight A - Read the entire time.

I have googled phonetics. Many things exist.
It is very important that children learn phonetics, then you can read everything. Learning to read together by the recognition of words is not a good idea.

  2. I brought my three children before they start to school. Go Phonics program (many CD-ROM for rent in the local library) and 42 drum sounds in their phonetic alphabet. Then add a few words slowly and increase your vocab. My son was reading fluently, all in less than 6 months. Although the sound program allows the children to read quickly, if they have a thorough knowledge of the 42 tones and one years later, who must begin to teach them to spell words correctly - p. ex., Lite, the circus begins with a "c" is not an "s". This may take time to correct them. I played with my kids while driving or walking, we want to give the names of streets, cars Rego numbers for the alphabet, names of shops, so I imagine being blind or forgotten my glasses, or even if something wrong it right! He thought that made my silly games fun. Few people knew that I was strengthening their education. It was long, arduous help time to read to children, but at the start of combustion read only modently worth every minute. Let one not the school system here, to read your child requires. This is the most important lesson we can learn. I know that many of our students are the primary school, the very clever at hiding their lack of reading skills. Once you're running late, I doubt they could never be achieved without a big fight. Check your local library should be an excellent source of reading material. Good luck!
